We ship from our warehouse located at 74, Jai Bharat Nagar, Sultan Nagar, Gurjar ki Thadi, Gopalpura Bypass, Jaipur-302019.

 

My discount code is not working, what do I do?

We are sorry you are having trouble checking out, please note that some discount codes require users to create an account on the site and be logged in upon check out to utilize the discount code.

 

I forgot to offer a promo code to my order, can you refund me the discount?

No, we cannot apply discounts after the order has been placed as our merchant takes payment at time of purchase and discounts are outside the capabilities of our refund system. Please note, the sign up discount is a single use code with no expiry for use on full-priced products only. You are welcome to use on any future full-priced order.

 

When will my order be processed?

We endeavour to process all orders within their delivery time frame. Orders placed during a sale or promotional period may take longer than usual to process. What is the status of my order?

Can I expedite my shipping?

Yes! We offer expedited shipping options on special requests and if it is do-able.

 

How can I pay for my order?

Satyagiri Jaipur currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, UPI payments, Net-banking and we accept payment via Razor pay.

 

How long will it take me to get my order?

For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 7 business days.

 

Can I cancel or change my order?

We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, for this reason we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders.

 

Can I exchange my order?

The items are exchanged only if you have received a damaged / defective product.  To exchange the product you need to send a request for exchange within 24 hours of delivery of the product, mentioning the order details and reason for your exchange. Further to this, we shall notify you of the approval or rejection of exchange within a period of 5 working days.

 

How do I return my order?

The return process of the product can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product. Please visit our returns page to initiate the returns process.

 

What do I do if my order is damaged?

We are so sorry to hear that your order arrived in less than pristine condition! Please let us make it right. Our customer service team will be more than happy to assist with processing a replacement order or issuing a refund. I received the wrong goods, what do I do?

Although we strive for perfection, we are human and sometimes the wrong items are shipped from our warehouses. We are so sorry for any inconvenience this has caused and our customer service team is here to help make things right. Where can I find product sizing information?

Product sizing varies between different brands and styles. Product size information can be found toward the bottom of each product detail page as shown in the image below. Unless otherwise specified sizing is in inches and is taken with the item lying flat.
