Shipping Policy

  • We try our best in ensuring that the product reaches you within time. In order to fasten our process, we have tied up with several third party vendors for quicker deliveries. However, in case of delay from a third party, we do not take any responsibility.
  • Estimated delivery time is 3-7 days.
  • Delivery time for your order will start from the date of order confirmation.
  • Delivery charges may vary depending on the value of the shopping cart.
  • We ship worldwide. The shipping charges for all shipping within India as well as abroad will be completely borne by the customers.
  • For deliveries within India, any taxes and duties will be included in your final checkout amount.
  • For deliveries outside India, custom duties and local taxes have to be paid by customers depending on their government regulations.
  • We are a make-to-order brand to minimize wastage, which means that only after an order is confirmed online, it goes into production.
  • Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.
  • In case of non-availability on delivery our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package 3 times before they return it to us (*subject to vary from a third party vendor to another). Please provide the complete and accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster.
  • We take responsibility for sending customer goods in good condition within the promised timeline. However, if the outfit is undelivered and returned back to us and we are unable to contact the client, we will hold the outfit with us for a period of 1 month. In case of no communication/response from client over this 1 month period, we will forfeit the amount paid on the outfit and the outfit will be up for reselling.
