We assure our customers about the quality of our products purchased by you through our website. However, there could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you could receive a damaged / defective product or a product that is not the same as per your original order. We will replace the product to your satisfaction at no extra cost. The return process of the product can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product.
We will accept the return only if it meets the following conditions:
- Notification of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product should be done within a maximum of 24 hours of delivery along with the photographs of product.
- An incorrect product has been delivered to you, i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.
- If the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect.
- Products/Items should be UNUSED / UNWORN.
- Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
- It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit
- Any charges on return by customers will be borne by customers themselves.
- It would be necessary to provide all financial transaction details, along with bills/invoices provided.
- Possible resolution could be Replacement, Exchange or Refund by coupons or store credit.
Refunds:
We only process a refund for a product in cases limited to receiving a defective or damaged product, post our inspection. In other cases, processing a refund is not possible. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of refund depending on the product meeting our return criteria within 5 working days.
If your refund is approved, we will process the refund as coupons or store credit, based on the company’s discretion.
A refund is offered only on merchandise sold at maximum retail price, without any discount. Merchandise bought on discount is considered as final sale, and hence is not eligible for refund or exchange.
In special cases, a refund is provided irrespective of the discount when:
- The order is cancelled prior to dispatch due to unavailability.
- The product is returned due to a quality defect or damage during transit.
Exchange:
The items are exchanged only if you have received a damaged / defective product. To exchange the product you need to send a request for exchange within 24 hours of delivery of the product, mentioning the order details and reason for your exchange. Further to this, we shall notify you of the approval or rejection of exchange within a period of 5 working days.
Replacement:
The buyer needs to intimate us within 24 hours of the delivery of goods regarding the reason of replacement.
Replacement is subject to availability of stock. If the product is out of stock, we will exchange the item for you, subject to same or lower price.
International Returns:
We do not offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, please reach out to us at care@satyagirijaipur.com within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Refunds on international orders do not include duties, taxes and tariffs paid by customer.
The entire sale, discounted, bought with a coupon and gift voucher are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
The customized orders are not eligible for any returns/exchange/refund
You can cancel all your orders within 24 hours of order. After that your order cannot be cancelled.
